We designed and continue to administer a volunteer online panel of local television news viewers that local television station executives use to get ongoing feedback on matters affecting the local community regarding news coverage and programming. Members receive a very short (3-5 questions) online survey twice a month and are entered for drawings for gift cards. In addition, they receive invitations to special television station events, access to television station executives and personalities and advanced notifications of major surveys.
Numerous surveys each year for various television stations, polling their specific viewers or the public at large. Topics of surveys include, among others:
An online survey for a local church's Executive Board of their members and the community. Results are used to provide the Executive Board with a better understanding of the thinking of their members and friends, and to guide the church as it goes forward
Quarterly "Business Snapshot" surveys for an economic task force group. Used as a tool to provide feedback to business leaders and to the Board of County Commissioners.
Employee satisfaction surveys for one of Lee County's larger employers to help gauge their employees' morale, to gain insight into areas of possible employee dissatisfaction and to evaluate the success of previous initiatives to improve employee relations.
Design and implementation of a number of surveys for use during and after large public events to help the organizers ascertain their effectiveness and improve subsequent events.
